Shipping Conditions: Please be advised that if paying by cheque or bank transfer we wait until the money clears our account before mailing out your order. You will received a separate email detailing the address to send payment to. Colours may appear differently from monitor to monitor; SIOz takes every effort to describe the colours as accurately as possible. Be sure to order enough yarn for your projects, as hand-painted yarns are unique to the lots in which they are dyed. We strive to provide excellent and friendly customer service.
