Stranded in Oz is based in South Australia, Australia. Shipping for all orders is confirmed by email.

SHIPPING:Flat rate shipping AND handling from Stranded in Oz is ONLY $9.95. You no longer need to add Reg Post for your orders to go that way. From now on, ALL ORDERS from Stranded In Oz will be sent for signature, which comes insured; our shipping and handling charges are slightly BELOW our cost -- a savings to you every time you order from us online! SIOz orders generally ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

Any product, including yarn, that is reported with a fault should be returned to me if an exchange or refund is requested. That means at no cost to the customer if I verify the complaint. And this includes excessive joins.

Overseas customers -- you will be sent ADDITIONAL POSTAGE INVOICING to ensure accurate shipping charges; these orders won't ship until the overseas shipping is paid. Sometimes, we run a special for overseas customers to save on shipping!. You can find a postage calculator at the AusPost website as a guide :- http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/
